Paul Rudd has signed on to play a idiot role in the indie comedy ‘My Idiot Brother’, but he make sure to have three gorgeous sisters in this drama. Zooey Deschanel, Elizabeth Banks, Emily Mortimer and Rashida Jones will join the actor in the upcoming comedy “My Idiot Brother”. The story of ‘My Idiot Brother’ is highlights of an idealist dealing with Paul’s overbearing mother who crashes into the homes of his three ambitious sisters, bringing with him happiness and disaster in equal measures. Deschanel gives up on veganism
Actress Zooey Deschanel was forced to give up her vegan diet – because it was far too limiting.
The Elf star gave up meat some years ago but recently turned her back on her vegetarian and non-dairy regimen after discovering she couldn’t eat soy or wheat products.
She tells Bust magazine, “I gave it a good try, but sometimes you just need a little something, a little meat.” [source]

She & Him coming to the Uptown in August
The second volume of M. Ward and Zooey Deschanel’s retro-pop project She & Him came out earlier this year, and it is unfortunately just as enjoyable and melodic and adorable as Volume 1. People have noticed: the duo recently put on their cute little sideshow act to a crowd of about 15,000 in Chicago’s Millennium Park, many of whom no doubt spent the show stifling a deep, burning, jealous rage. Yesterday they announced a stop at the Uptown, on Monday, August 30. It’s a show guaranteed to make you feel old, unattractive, and untalented. When will these two just give it a rest already, am I right?

Banks, Deschanel join Rudd’s ‘Idiot Brother’
Elizabeth Banks, Zooey Deschanel, Emily Mortimer and Rashida Jones will star with Paul Rudd in My Idiot Brother.
Director Jesse Peretz is steering the project, which will see Rudd play a man who must deal with his overbearing mother as she invades the lives of his three sisters.
Banks, Deschanel and Mortimer are playing the siblings, while Parks And Recreations‘s Jones is the girlfriend of Deschanel’s bisexual character.
